Requirement Gathering
Work with the client to understand their raw material, target output capacity, and factory conditions — through calls, video meetings, or on-site visits when needed — so every requirement is clearly documented before moving forward.

Analysis And Evaluation
Evaluate the client's raw material characteristics, production goals, and site conditions (power supply, floor space, existing equipment) to determine the most suitable machine configuration, factoring in budget and delivery timeline.​​​​​​​

Solution Design
Based on the evaluation, our engineers draft the equipment configuration — machine specifications, layout, and production capacity — and share drawings with the client for confirmation before moving into production.​​​​​​​

Solution Development
Once the design is confirmed, our workshop begins fabrication — machining parts, assembling components, and integrating the electrical and control systems. Progress updates and photos are shared with the client throughout.​​​​​​​

Manufacturing And Testing
After assembly, each machine is run using samples of the client's actual raw material to test output capacity, stability, and finish quality. Adjustments are made until performance meets the agreed specifications, followed by a factory acceptance test (FAT).​​​​​​​

Ongoing Support And Maintenance
After delivery and installation, we provide operator training, spare parts support, and remote troubleshooting. Our team stays in contact to handle maintenance needs and any adjustments as your production scales up.
