The first stage of the line uses a pineapple washing machine to clean the fruit surface before peeling. Pineapples enter the bubble washing section, where circulating water and air agitation help remove dirt and residue attached to the fruit skin.
After bubble washing, the fruit passes through a spray brush cleaning section. Rotating brushes combined with water spraying help further clean the pineapple surface before the peeling process begins.
This washing process helps reduce manual cleaning work while supporting more consistent fruit preparation during continuous production.
Once cleaned, the pineapples move into the pineapple peeling machine section. The equipment removes the outer skin while helping maintain the usable fruit flesh.
