Rotary Drum System

A drive chains rotate the drum at a steady speed. The materials are fed into the drum and begin to tumble as the drum turns. This mechanical action ensures all surfaces of the produce are exposed to cleaning.

High-Pressure Spray Cleaning

As the materials rotate, spray nozzles positioned on the drum apply pressurized water. The constant washing action removes mud, sand, and surface debris effectively.

Internal Spiral Conveyor

The inner of the drum is equipped with a conveyor rails, which gently moves the produce toward the outlet. This design ensures even flow and avoids material congestion or damage.

Filtration and Water Recycling System

Dirty water exits through the perforated surface of the drum into a water collection tank. A fine mesh filter separates solid waste, and the filtered water is sent back to the spray nozzles by a circulation pump, reducing water waste and supporting eco-friendly operations.
