Provides On-Site Setup and Training for Pandan Processing Machine

As part of our ongoing technical support work, our Fuma engineering team recently carried out an on-site setup and operator training for a pandan processing machine used in food production.

After the machines arrived at the factory, our technicians assisted with the installation and initial inspection of the machine. Each step was completed carefully to ensure the equipment could operate reliably once it entered regular production.

Machine Setup and Testing

The first stage of the visit focused on equipment setup and operational checks. This included mechanical positioning of the machine, electrical connection, and safety inspection.

Once the installation was finished, the machine was tested using actual pandan leaves. Running real materials through the system allows engineers to evaluate the feeding process, cutting results, and discharge performance under working conditions.

During this stage, the operating parameters were adjusted to suit the customer’s processing needs. This helps ensure stable performance and smooth integration into the production workflow.

Hands-On Operator Guidance

After the equipment was running normally, the focus shifted to operator training. Our engineers worked directly with the production staff to explain the operating procedures and demonstrate the correct way to run the machine.

The training mainly covered:

1. Equipment start-up and shutdown procedures

2. Adjusting basic machine settings

3. Cleaning and daily maintenance

4. Safe operation during processing

Operators were encouraged to practice using the equipment themselves so they could become familiar with the controls and workflow.
