Recently, our team completed the manufacturing and commissioning of a mango processing project that includes an automatic mango peeling machine and a mango destoning machine. After successful testing, inspection, and packaging, the equipment has been shipped and is now on its way to the customer’s facility.

Before shipment, the peeling machine was tested using fresh mangoes under factory conditions.

The machine automatically positions the fruit and removes the skin efficiently while helping preserve valuable fruit flesh. It is capable of handling mangoes of varying sizes and supports continuous production environments.

During testing, the machine demonstrated stable performance and consistent peeling results.

Mango Destoning Machine Trial Run

The mango destoning machine utilizes a continuous conveying system that combines horizontal pushing, accurate positioning, and precision cutting to separate the seed from the fruit flesh.

Compared with manual processing methods, the machine improves productivity and reduces inconsistencies caused by manual operations.

Testing confirmed stable seed removal performance, providing suitable raw materials for downstream slicing, dicing, and pulping operations.

Final Inspection Before Shipment

Before packaging, our engineering team conducted comprehensive inspections of the drive system, electrical components, cutting assemblies, and safety features.

Each machine was inspected according to factory standards to help ensure smooth installation and operation upon arrival.
