Feature
Bubble Washing System
The washing machine uses high-pressure air to generate dense bubbles in the water tank. These bubbles create a gentle tumbling effect that separates soil, sand, and debris from the surface of fruits and vegetables without damaging the raw material.

Filtration Tank and Water Circulation
Water management is critical in commercial washing lines. Our machine is equipped with: an independent filtration tank, a circulating water pump system, and a removable filter screen for easy cleaning.
During working, floating impurities are collected and separated, while heavier particles settle in the designated area. The filtered water is then recycled back into the tank.
For processors with higher hygiene requirements, we offer optional upgrades:
1. Ozone Washing System
An integrated ozone fruit and vegetable washing machine module can be installed to enhance disinfection capability. Ozone helps reduce pesticide residues, bacteria, and microorganisms on the surface of produce. It is suitable for fresh-cut processing plants and central kitchens.
2. Ultrasonic Cleaning Device
The optional ultrasonic vegetable washer function provides deeper cleaning by generating microscopic cavitation bubbles
