Technical Guide: Properly Clean Your Screw Juicer After Juicing

Regular cleaning of your screw juicer is one of the easiest ways to maintain high juice quality and extend the life of your equipment. A well-cleaned machine ensures smooth operation, prevents clogging, and keeps your production line sanitary.

Step 1: Power Off and Prepare

Before cleaning, make sure the power is switched off and the plug is disconnected. Remove any leftover pulp or juice inside the hopper and outlet.

Step 2: Take the Juicer Apart

Disassemble the feeding inlet, spiral auger, filter mesh, and juice spout. Keep the small parts organized to make reassembly easier later.

Step 3: Wash Thoroughly

Rinse all parts under running water. For sticky pulp or fiber, use a soft brush or sponge with mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners that can scratch the stainless-steel surfaces.

Step 4: Dry Completely

Dry each part with a soft cloth or let them air-dry in a clean area. Make sure there’s no water left before reassembling, as moisture can cause oxidation or affect the motor area.

Step 5: Reassemble and Check

Put the components back in the correct order and make sure they’re securely fitted. Run a short test cycle with clean water to confirm everything works properly.
