It integrates all key operations, including taro washing, sorting, peeling, cutting, pre-drying, quick freezing (IQF), and automated packaging, ensuring consistent product quality and high production efficiency.

The process begins with a two-stage washing system that thoroughly removes soil, fibers, and surface impurities from raw taro. Manual or visual-assisted sorting stations follow, removing damaged or low-quality tubers to maintain uniformity. After cleaning and sorting, the taro is peeled using specialized taro peeling machines, which provide efficient skin removal while minimizing waste.

Taro IQF

The IQF quick freezing unit, which rapidly freezes taro to maintain its cellular structure, natural color, texture, and nutritional content. Rapid freezing prevents large ice crystal formation, improving thawing performance and preserving high-quality sensory characteristics.


Once frozen, the taro moves into an automated packaging system. The line supports various packaging formats, including bagging, vacuum packaging, and portion-controlled packaging, suitable for cold-chain logistics and retail distribution.
