Successful Equipment Acceptance for Sweet Potato, Potato, and Mango Processing
A customer from a leading food processing company recently visited our factory for the acceptance of vegetable fruit processing machines. These included bubble spray pre washing machine and ultrasonic washing cleaning machine designed for sweet potatoes, potatoes, and mangoes. After thorough testing and inspection, the customer was pleased with the machines’ performance, and the acceptance process was successfully completed. This has paved the way for continued cooperation between us and the customer.
The first machine inspected was the bubble washing machine, designed to clean materials by removing surface dirt and other contaminants.
Effective Cleaning Method: Using bubble spray technology, the system creates a high volume of air bubbles that burst upon contact with the produce. This action removes dirt and impurities while minimizing damage to the products.
Water Conservation: The bubble spray pre-washer uses significantly less water compared to traditional soaking methods. Despite its efficiency in cleaning, the system is designed to conserve water, which is an important factor for customers looking to reduce their environmental impact. The customer appreciated the cost savings and eco-friendly features of this system.
The second piece of equipment reviewed was the ultrasonic cleaning system, which uses high-frequency sound waves to clean produce like mangoes, sweet potatoes, and potatoes.
How It Works: The ultrasonic system generates microscopic bubbles through high-frequency sound waves. When these bubbles collapse, they create tiny shockwaves that effectively clean even the smallest dirt particles from the surface of the produce. This deep cleaning method is gentle on the materials, which the customer found especially useful for delicate fruits like mangoes.
Cleanliness and Freshness: The ultrasonic system not only cleans thoroughly but also preserves the appearance and freshness of the produce. The customer tested it on mangoes and found that the fruits were left with a clean, shiny surface without any damage or bruising. This was a key factor for the customer, who values both cleanliness and product quality.
Following the successful acceptance, the customer expressed confidence in our products and indicated that they would continue using our equipment in their future production lines. They also showed interest in exploring other machines in our portfolio for future installations. Our team provided full support during the testing phase and assured the customer of ongoing after-sales service.
We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality, reliable food processing equipment. The successful acceptance of this equipment highlights our dedication to meeting the diverse needs of food manufacturers. We are proud to have earned the trust of our customer and look forward to further strengthening our relationship.
