1. Ginger cleaning and peeling
First step, freshly harvested ginger are cleaned to remove the dirt, impurities, and surface contaminants.
With high-pressure cleaning machine and brushes machine, gingers are cleaned and peeled.
2. Ginger sorting
During sorting, select ginger that meets the requirements.
3. Ginger shredding
Shredding is a key pont in the process, as the cutting machine influences the final products. Advanced cutting machines to ensure uniform, thin, and consistent ginger slices. Some production lines also using automated packaging systems to individually pack the shredded ginger.
