Every kind of fruit and vegetable has specific characteristics and requires its own grading solution. When developing the grading mahines, the emphasis is always on fruit-friendly handling. The rolling fruit and vegetable sorting machine is composed of a frame, the rolling bars, conveyor chain, a transmission and other parts. Grading is based on diameter of the fruit. Because the space in between the shafts gets bigger and bigger, the materials are graded on the smallest diameter. The spacing between the shafts can be adjusted. The fruits are put or conveyed on the roller, then move forward on the roller, in this way, the operators on both sides of the machine can clearly observe the condition of the fruits, and pick out the unqualified fruits
